Can you use a glass baking dish?
Many say their brownies come out great when baking in a glass dish. Glass will bake a little faster, approximately 30 minutes at same temperature of 350. (Remember, testing with a toothpick for No Pudge! Brownies won’t work as the consistency of brownies are fudgy and chewy). Look for the edges to pull away from the edges of the pan and also remember the brownies retain some of the heat and will still be baking upon removal from oven.
The reason we do not recommend using glass baking dishes on our box is we have found that the brownies do not bake consistently in a glass dish. Whereas a metal pan provides consistent baking.
I have a convection oven, do I need to adjust my temperature and bake time?
The rule of thumb is to lower the temp by 25 degrees and shorten the cooking time by 3-5 minutes.

We recommend you abide by the expiration date on the bottom of the box. No Pudge! Brownie Mixes have an 18 month shelf life.

When pan has cooled, refrigerate until chilled. Run sharp knife or pizza cutter under hot water and cut, rinsing under hot water after each cut. Or, if have a plastic knife, this works great and will glide through the brownies.

Yes, chocolate does contain some caffeine naturally, so there is some caffeine in them. Our Cappuccino Fudge Brownie Mix is made with Brazilian Dark Roast Coffee, so the caffeine in those brownies is higher than in the others.

Sure, but most people find that the flavor of the yogurt doesn't really come through because the chocolate flavor is so strong. Adding yogurt with fruit pieces in it (for example cherry vanilla), does add an interesting and yummy twist to the brownies.
